Eric Alves de Souza was admitted to the Geneva bar in 1986, and graduated at the University of California (LLM International commercial law) in 2002. He specialises in contractual, commercial, banking and financial law, and established the law firm AH Legal in 2002. Eric Alves de Souza was also deputy judge at the Court of appeals of Geneva during 6 years. From 2004 to 2010, Eric Alves de Souza chaired the Board of directors of a wealth management bank in Lugano. He has been appointed chairman of the Board of directors of Banque Profil de Gestion on April 27, 2011.

Originally from Italy, Silvana Cavanna studied Politics and obtained a Master’s Degree from Bocconi University in Milan. She occupied the post of Head of Private Clientele for more than 10 years with Euromobiliare S.p.A before being appointed Deputy Director of the Banca Manusardi (IMI Group), responsible for asset management. From 1989 to 1995, Silvana Cavanna was employed as Head of Advisory Activities – Private Clientele with Banque Rasini SA. She then joined Banca Profilo as Director of Customer Relations, in which role she developed the Private Banking sector. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Profilo and Profilo Asset Management SGR and was also on the Management Board from 2003 to April 2009. In February 2008, she was appointed Head of Private Banking and a member of the Executive Committee of the Société Bancaire Privée. Silvana Cavanna has occupied the position of CEO since July 2009.

With more than 35 years’ experience in the banking industry, Gilbert Pfaeffli has held successive positions as CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Anker Bank, Managing director of the Geneva Cantonal Bank (BCGE), Head of the “BCGE Private Banking Switzerland” unit,  and Head of Private Banking International and Member of the Board of Directors at the Banque de Dépôts et de Gestion (BDG). During the last ten years, Mr. Pfaeffli has also managed branch offices in French-speaking Switzerland (Lausanne, Geneva, Neuchâtel and Yverdon) as well as in Zurich and Lugano. He also worked on the restructuring of UBS in French-speaking Switzerland during the merger of UBS and SBS, holding several positions in the company where he started his career. On 1 December 2010 Gilbert Pfaeffli was named Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Banque Profil de Gestion.
