A law graduate from the University of Rome and the holder of a Master’s and PhD in International Economy and Operations from the United States, Franco Antamoro de Céspedes began his career as Managing Director of the Montedison Group in Greece, Brazil, Mexico and Central America. He then occupied the post of Marketing Director of ITT for Europe, the Middle East and Africa and afterwards joined the Socfin Group in Belgium as CEO. In 1974, he took over as Director and Executive Committee Member of the Société Générale de Surveillance SA in Geneva before joining the Private Bank Darier & Cie as Advisor to the Board. For 15 years he was responsible in this capacity for developing the international client base in the south of Europe and Latin America. On 3 November 2009, Franco Antamoro de Céspedes was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Banque Profil de Gestion.

Originally from Italy, Silvana Cavanna studied Politics and obtained a Master’s Degree from Bocconi University in Milan. She occupied the post of Head of Private Clientele for more than 10 years with Euromobiliare S.p.A before being appointed Deputy Director of the Banca Manusardi (IMI Group), responsible for asset management. From 1989 to 1995, Silvana Cavanna was employed as Head of Advisory Activities – Private Clientele with Banque Rasini SA. She then joined Banca Profilo as Director of Customer Relations, in which role she developed the Private Banking sector. She was a member of the Board of Directors of Banca Profilo and Profilo Asset Management SGR and was also on the Management Board from 2003 to April 2009. In February 2008, she was appointed Head of Private Banking and a member of the Executive Committee of the Société Bancaire Privée. Silvana Cavanna has occupied the position of CEO since July 2009.

Régis Ducrey graduated from the HEC Business School of the University of Lausanne with a Master of Science in Economics and also holds a federal diploma in chartered accountancy. He was chief auditor with responsibility for banking and consultancy with Ernst & Young SA for more than 10 years. In 2000, he joined Ferrier Lullin & Cie SA as Group General Secretary, where he was responsible for setting up a global compliance and risk management unit. Following the takeover of Ferrier Lullin by the bank Julius Baer & Cie SA in 2005, Régis Ducrey was appointed as a member of the “Extended Executive Committee” for the French-speaking region of Switzerland, francophone markets and Africa. In this capacity, he occupied the post of Head of Legal, Compliance and Business Risk Management. He was also a member of different Boards of Directors, in particular at Julius Baer Bank and Trust Bahamas. At the beginning of 2008, he joined the Société Bancaire Privée, where he served as CFO in charge of administration, finance and controlling.
